Julius commonly known as J.A.Bwesigye is a Ugandan trained lawyer. He oversees the facility’s policies and programs and oversees the preparation of research projects. Julius started his career working as an Advocacy Officer at one of the leading Anti-Corruption Civil Society Organizations where he championed public debates and engaged in strategic initiatives such as public dialogue among others. He proceeded to become a full legal practitioner and legal consultant.
He has a deeper understanding of civil society operations, taxation, human rights, international cooperation, education, refugees and migration, investigations, lobbying, and political campaigns. Julius has written extensively on issues of constitutionalism and good governance which he considers as key pillars in attaining national transformation.

Martine Arinaitwe is a rising star in the field of corporate law. Born and raised in Rukungiri, Uganda, he attained a Bachelor of Laws degree from Makerere University Kampala, where he graduated with honours. Martine then went on to pursue the Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the Law Development Centre and subsequently enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda.
Throughout his law program and in his practice, Martine has had particular interest in the area of Corporate and Commercial law and has carried out a number of research projects in this area, ranging from Corporate Governance, Employment and Labour relations, among others.
Martine is a practicing lawyer in Kampala-Uganda and his practice majorly covers litigation in areas of Employment, Arbitration, and Banking. He further advises clients on a wide range of matters, including Company law, Land, Employment, Joint Ventures, and other commercial transactions.
In his free time, Martine enjoys watching news and documentaries, reading novels and spending time with his family.
